Role: Salesforce Solution Architect (FSL exp needed)

An established boutique partner are scaling their team in light of newly signed & upcoming projects. They operate across a number of industries, and have deep specialism across FSL, Agentforce, Service Cloud & other niche applications.
Now hiring for a Solution Architect with expertise across FSL and pre-sales to support bridging the gap between customer needs and implementable solutions…. You will work closely across different business teams, lead discovery workshops and design high-level solution architectures ensuring smooth handover to delivery teams.
Responsibilities include: pre-sales, solution design, proposal support, technical and thought leadership to name a few!

Requirements for this role include:
- Circa 5+ years Salesforce implementation experience
- Ideally 3 or more years with FSL OR experience on large-scale, complex FSL engagements
- Experience engaging in pre-sales activities
- Proficency with communication / stakeholder engagement (technical and non-technical)
- Ideally FSL certified and Application Architect and system architect
- Experience in consulting would be highly preferable
- Experienced creating high-level solution designs and transition documentation
