Role: Salesforce Product Manager
Location: Central London – Adhoc Travel
Salary: Up to £70,000 – DoE
A recognised UK charity are undergoing a large Salesforce digital transformation, now expanding their internal Salesforce CoE for a Technical Product Manager. You will lead on delivering value from the platform and act as the SME across capabilities to build and drive forward the strategy and roadmap with NPSP & the new NPC.
You will drive organisational strategy and manage continuous improvements across the org whilst engaging with business stakeholders to deliver Salesforce solutions in line with goals. It’s a unique opportunity to sit front and centre of an impactful transformation, gaining exposure to Salesforce latest release.
They have an existing cross-functional Salesforce team whereby you will line manage and coach 2 administrators and provide hands on support where needed.
Their internal culture is vibrant, people-first and offers flexibility. The entire team group together in their London based office a few times a month for team meetings and social activities, however you\’re able to access the office as often as you\’d like.
There is plenty of scope to growth and excel within your career as they continue to grow and scale their org and internal team in line with the digital transformation.
Skills needed:
- Proven experience in Salesforce (Circa 4+ years)
- NPSP and Service Cloud practical experience (NP Cloud – Bonus)
- Involved with strategy and roadmap
- Salesforce Certified Administrator – Essential
- Experienced leading a small team of salesforce professionals
- Skilled with stakeholder engagement – technical & non-technical
- Hands-on expertise with configuration / automations
- Understanding of data protection and GDPR/PECR
- Experience leading transformative initiatives including product development & integrations
- Ability to manage projects – delivered on time and in budget
