Job Description
Role: Senior Salesforce Platform Manager
Location: Central London
Salary: £70,000 – £85,000 – DOE
An innovative and long-standing software company tied into the built environment industry are looking for a Salesforce Lead to manage and own their entire tech stack instance comprised of Salesforce (Sales Cloud), Hubspot, Billing systems, Integrations including DocuSign.
You will have full autonomy and the desired person will be comfortable leading from the front with org enhancements as they carry out huge investments into the stack. It is important to bring strong technical skills with Salesforce configuration, comfortable working with integrations and excellent ability to partner / engage with business stakeholders.
They operate on an on-site basis and foster a vibrant team culture, and have regular social company funded events throughout the year.

Requirements include:
- Circa 5+ years with Salesforce – Sales Cloud
- Hands-on experience with configuration / automations in Salesforce
- Excellent ability to engage with stakeholders and hold workshops
- Advanced Administrator cert is desired, Salesforce certified Administrator is essential
- Integration experience (e.g Gong, Docusign, and Billing systems)
- Exposure with Hubspot is desired
- Skilled working with data
- Ability to work autonomously and lead from the front
