An innovative, long‑standing software company tied to the built environment industry is seeking a Salesforce Lead to manage and own its entire tech stack instance comprised of Salesforce (Sales Cloud), HubSpot, billing systems, and integrations such as DocuSign.

Responsibilities

You will have full autonomy and be comfortable leading from the front with org enhancements as the organization carries out huge investments into the stack. It is important to bring strong technical skills in Salesforce configuration, comfortable working with integrations, and excellent ability to partner, engage with business stakeholders, and lead workshops.

Qualifications

  • Circa 5+ years with Salesforce – Sales Cloud
  • Hands‑on experience with configuration and automations in Salesforce
  • Excellent ability to engage with stakeholders and hold workshops
  • Advanced Administrator certificate desired; Salesforce Certified Administrator essential
  • Integration experience (e.g., Gong, DocuSign, billing systems)
  • Exposure with HubSpot desired
  • Skilled working with data
  • Ability to work autonomously and lead from the front
