They deliver multi-cloud implementations spanning a number of the hottest industry verticals in the market and are seeking a Salesforce Functional Lead to drive forward projects and make a real impact.

In the last 12 months, they’ve onboarded experienced and talented Salesforce experts who you’ll work closely with. This is a company-wide hybrid working role based at their modern offices located in central London. They are a people-first company who can provide flexibility when needed.
Some responsibilities include:
- Lead on full lifecycle complex implementations (cross-cloud)
- Support pre-sales team with identifying future opportunities
- Mentoring & leading junior team members
- Solution Design: Work with delivery and technical teams to transform requirements into solutions
- Lead requirement gathering sessions and prepare presentations for clients.
Requirements:
- Circa 5+ years Salesforce experience
- Proven experience leading on Salesforce implementations & teams
- Experience with solution design / architecture - Desired
- Prior consulting experience is essential
- Core Cloud experience (minimum), additional clouds - bonus
- Strong Business Skills: Excellent communication & stakeholder management experience
- Industry experience across professional services / the built environment - Desired
- Relevant Salesforce Certifications
- Full Right to work in the UK
