I am working with a boutique Salesforce consultancy, HQβd in London, that specialises in delivering large-scale digital transformation programmes across EMEA. With delivery teams spanning across Europe, the business operates with highly interconnected teams, collaborating cross-region to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes for enterprise clients. Following continued growth, my client is now looking to hire a Salesforce Delivery Consultant to support high-profile transformation programmes and drive successful delivery across complex client environments. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong functional Salesforce expertise with excellent stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Working closely with end clients to gather requirements and business objectives
- Stakeholder Management - leading discovery sessions and meetings
- Support solution delivery across the full lifecycle
- Partner with Solution Architects and technical teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
- Provide ongoing support and recommendations for continuous improvement post go-live
The Essentials
- Minimum of 3 years working in Salesforce
- Strong functional Salesforce experience within delivery environments
- Experience running workshops, discovery sessions and stakeholder engagement
- Experience with Core Clouds (Sales, Service and/or Marketing)
- Experience with Revenue Cloud (CPQ) is desired
- Minimum Salesforce SCA accreditation
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
- Full work rights in the UK
