Job Description
Role: Salesforce Functional Consultant (Mid-Senior Level)
Location: London or close surrounding areas – Once week travel to office / Adhoc Basis
Salary: £50,000 – £70,000 (DoE) + 10% Bonus
2026 has unravelled fast and successfully for this UK based partner who are making serious waves in the ecosystem right now. They have signed another 2 enterprise and complex style greenfield implementations encompassing high-demand and niche applications including Agentforce and FSL.

Having wrapped up 2025 making 8 new hires within the final 6 months, growth and innovation remains at the forefront this year. Now seeking experienced Salesforce Functional Consultants who have prior experience on end to end implementations encompassing hands-on build and direct stakeholder engagement.
We're currently looking for mid / senior level with pre-existing hands-on project experience across any of the following: FSL, Agentforce, RCA, SCV and at least Service or Sales Cloud (Ideally both).
They foster a transparent and people-first team culture, often meeting socially throughout the year both in the UK and across Europe. Offering a flexible "you choose" way of working to accommodate personal preferences alongside flexible hours, a home office set up budget & other perks. They are currently looking for people based in / around the London area as typically they get together roughly once a week dependant.

Requirements for this role include:
- Circa 3+ years Salesforce implementation experience (professional services)
- Hands-on project experience with FSL, Agentforce, RCA, SCV and at least Service or Sales Cloud (Ideally both).
- Confident communication / stakeholder engagement (technical and non-technical)
- Full right to work in the UK
- Prior consulting background at a partner / consultancy
- Confident with building flows / automations
- Based in / around the London area, and willing to travel to client-site when required
