We are working with a well-established Salesforce Partner with a strong reputation for delivering multi-cloud implementations and driving meaningful digital transformations across the SMB and Mid-Market space. Following a period of sustained growth, they are now looking to add an experienced Salesforce Account Executive to their commercial team. This is a business that knows what it is doing. The role:
- This is a full 360 sales position.
- You will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from first conversation through to close, and building lasting relationships with clients across the SMB and Mid-Market segments.
- Alongside new business, you will be expected to grow and maintain an active pipeline, stay sharp on industry trends, and represent the business at relevant Salesforce events when required.
- Day to day you will be working closely with a delivery team that has real technical depth, which means you can sell with confidence knowing the business can back up every promise made.
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience selling Salesforce solutions is essential for this role.
- Experience selling other technologies or applications will not be sufficient.
- Beyond that, we are looking for someone who brings a genuine understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem and can hold credible conversations with both technical and commercial stakeholders.
- The ideal candidate will have:
- A proven track record in a 360 sales role within the Salesforce partner ecosystem.
- Experience selling into SMB and Mid-Market accounts.
- A background working within a Salesforce consultancy or partner environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
- The organisational skills to manage multiple opportunities at different stages simultaneously.
- Salesforce certifications are a bonus but not a requirement.
