Overview
We are looking for a personable, professional and disciplined Sales Director to join our client, a scaling & long-standing global IT consultancy that delivers medium‑enterprise digital transformations across Salesforce, Microsoft, SAP, GC + other areas. They operate across fintech, insurance, banking, Retail‑CPG, energy & utilities.
Location: United Kingdom – London (flexible working, office based). Salary: up to £110,000 + Double OTE. If based in the UK, sponsorship not considered.
Responsibilities
- Lead deals through close within digital transformations and engage with C‑suite executives.
- Develop and execute sales strategy, driving new business and lead generation.
- Collaborate with pre‑sales, delivery and other teams to secure complex, multi‑service, high‑value deals.
- Travel to client/prospect engagements as required.
- Lead a deal team, including cross‑geo teams, to meet aggressive targets.
- Provide coaching and leadership to the sales organization for career progression.
Requirements
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets in the UK market.
- Structured approach to sales focused on deal origination and lead generation; hunter mindset.
- Experience selling services in a Tier‑1/Tier‑2 organization, handling complex multi‑service deals (e.g. data + apps + license).
- 7+ years selling in at least one domain; deep knowledge of trends, buying behaviors and competitive landscape.
- History of originating medium‑high value deals (e.g. £15‑30 M TCV or more) with a healthy win ratio.
- Ability to lead multi‑geo deal teams and collaborate closely with pre‑sales and delivery.
- Strong account farming skills; ability to create and drive account plans.
- Managing and growing a P&L with aggressive targets.
Nice to Have
- SaaS sales experience in Salesforce, SAP, Adobe, Appian, Pega, AWS, MSFT, etc.
