Are you a technical Salesforce professional who genuinely loves being hands-on in the platform? We are working with an ambitious, commercially driven business in London to find a technically sharp and platform-passionate Salesforce professional to join their internal Centre of Excellence. This is not a support role or a ticket-closing exercise. This is a genuine opportunity to take ownership of a business-critical Salesforce environment and shape how it grows, with direct access to senior leadership and real influence over technical direction from day one.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Salesforce sits at the core of how this business operates. It connects the commercial team, financial data, and management reporting into a single source of truth, and they need someone who will treat it that way. You will be the internal Salesforce authority, responsible for driving the platform forward with pace, precision, and genuine craft. This is a high-visibility role within a scaling business that takes its technology seriously. The person who takes this role will set the standard for how the platform is built and maintained going forward.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Owning the Salesforce platform end-to-end across configuration, flows, release management, and ongoing optimisation
- Advising senior stakeholders on platform design, integrations, and best practice as the internal centre of expertise
- Building and maintaining flows, fields, page layouts, and permission sets to a consistently high standard
- Championing a low to no code philosophy while being confident reading and working within existing customisations
- Driving data quality across core objects through deduplication, consistency enforcement, and structured cleanup
- Building reporting and dashboards that leadership can act on with confidence
- Supporting integrations with key third party systems across finance and data
- Contributing to data structuring work that will underpin future AI and automation initiatives
WHAT THEY ARE LOOKING FOR
- 3 to 5 plus years of hands-on Salesforce admin and configuration experience in a live, complex environment
- Flow Champion level proficiency, this is essential and non-negotiable
- Comfortable working within a heavily customised Sales Cloud environment
- Able to walk through real examples of work you have scoped, built, tested, and released end-to-end
- Experienced with controlled change processes including sandbox, testing, and release management
- Strong data instincts with the ability to spot inconsistencies and fix them systematically
- A confident communicator who can engage technical and non-technical stakeholders equally well
- An interest in AI and its practical application within Salesforce is a strong advantage
THE CULTURE
This is a fast-paced, commercially led business where the technology function is expected to be just as engaged and energised as the teams it supports. Collaboration is central to how they work and the majority of the week is spent onsite in Central London. If you do your best work when you are embedded in the business rather than operating at a distance, you will fit right in.
THE PACKAGE
- £60,000 to £80,000 depending on experience
- Performance bonus
- Long term incentive scheme available for the right person
- Central London office with a high-energy, one team culture
If you take pride in clean platform work, thrive on ownership, and want to be the person who raises the bar rather than maintains it, we would love to hear from you. Please apply with your CV or reach out directly to discuss.
