I am working with a boutique Salesforce consultancy, HQβd in London, that specialises in delivering large-scale digital transformation programmes across EMEA. With delivery teams spanning across Europe, the business operates with highly interconnected teams, collaborating cross-region to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes for enterprise clients.
Following continued growth, my client is now looking to hire a Salesforce Delivery Consultant to support high-profile transformation programmes and drive successful delivery across complex client environments. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong functional Salesforce expertise with excellent stakeholder management skills. You will work closely with end clients to lead discovery and requirements gathering, translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions, and support delivery through configuration to go-live.
Key Responsibilities- Working closely with end clients to gather requirements and business objectives
- Stakeholder Management - leading discovery sessions and meetings
- Support solution delivery across the full lifecycle
- Partner with Solution Architects and technical teams to deliver high-quality outcomes
- Provide ongoing support and recommendations for continuous improvement post go-live
- Minimum of 3 years working in Salesforce
- Strong functional Salesforce experience within delivery environments
- Experience running workshops, discovery sessions and stakeholder engagement
- Experience with Core Clouds (Sales, Service and/or Marketing)
- Experience with Revenue Cloud (CPQ) is desired
- Minimum Salesforce SCA accreditation
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
