As demand continues to grow across the UK and EMEA, they are seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Engineer to partner with enterprise customers throughout the sales cycle, providing technical expertise, solution design and trusted commercial guidance. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical knowledge with customer engagement, helping organisations modernise their Quote-to-Cash processes through cloud technology, integrations and intelligent automation. Support RFP and proposal responses with technical content, solution designs and implementation guidance. Advise customers on best practices relating to Quote-to-Cash, billing, pricing and revenue management processes. Help define and improve technical sales methodologies as the organisation continues to scale. You'll be an experienced pre-sales or solution engineering professional with a passion for enterprise technology and customer success. ~Strong knowledge of Salesforce OR Netsuite, CPQ, billing or Quote-to-Cash technologies, with additional exposure to other ERP platforms considered advantageous. ~ An understanding of commercial processes such as pricing, billing, finance or revenue recognition would be highly beneficial. ~ Excellent presentation, facilitation and relationship-building skills. ~ Salesforce certifications or equivalent technical credentials are desirable.
