We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Commercial Director – Sales & Alliances to lead revenue growth, strengthen strategic partnerships, and expand market presence across the UK & EMEA. This is a high-impact leadership role for an individual who combines a strong network within the Salesforce ecosystem with a proven track record of building pipelines, winning enterprise engagements, and developing alliance-led growth strategies.
The Role
Reporting directly to the executive leadership team, the Commercial Director will be responsible for driving new business acquisition, developing strategic alliance relationships, and creating scalable go-to-market initiatives that support ambitious growth objectives. The successful candidate will act as a key ambassador for the business within the Salesforce ecosystem, building strong relationships with Salesforce account teams, alliance leaders, customers, and industry stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the UK and EMEA commercial growth strategy.
- Build and manage a high-value pipeline of consulting, implementation, and managed services opportunities.
- Establish and strengthen strategic relationships across Salesforce sales, alliance, and partner teams.
- Create joint go-to-market plans and partner-led growth initiatives.
- Identify, qualify, and secure new enterprise and mid-market customer opportunities.
- Lead complex sales engagements from initial opportunity through contract negotiation and close.
- Collaborate closely with delivery, marketing, and leadership teams to ensure alignment between market demand and service offerings.
- Represent the organisation at industry events, partner forums, and customer engagements.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and emerging Salesforce technologies to identify growth opportunities.
