Tekselect is recruiting on behalf of a growing software business for a Business Development Representative to take full ownership of the sales process from first contact through to signed contract and ongoing renewal. We are open to recent graduates looking to launch a career in software sales as well as candidates who already have BDR or SaaS sales experience. Attitude and ambition will count for more than your background.
What the role involves:
- Generating new business: You will be identifying and approaching senior decision makers, building a strong pipeline and converting conversations into commercial opportunities.
- Managing and progressing deals: You will keep prospects engaged across the process, maintain momentum and ensure you are in the right place at the right time when a decision is ready to be made.
- Retaining and growing accounts: You will be responsible for nurturing existing clients through regular contact, relevant updates and structured check-ins to build relationships that last and generate repeat revenue.
