A retail management business based in the heart of Manchester, specialists in commercial property in the UK, are growing their technical team in light of further investment. Salesforce is their CRM which sits at the heart of the business, where they are now looking for a Salesforce Developer with ideally around 2 years experience to join their vibrant internal team of cross-functional specialists.
You will have direct mentorship from a technical lead with over 10 years expertise in this space, working on some brand new projects alongside key enhancements to their currently running org. In your role, you will have responsibility to get hands-on with coding (Apex, LWC etc) alongside engaging directly with business stakeholders.
They have a state of the art office located in the centre of Manchester, and are 4 days a week in the office for team collaboration. You will have 1 day working from home a week to offer flexibility. Your personal development will be at the forefront supported through interest free loans, a tailored progression plan to senior developer, 1-1 mentorship and allocated time for L&D / certification study. The team culture is young, vibrant, collaborative and inclusive, and they often have regular social team activities throughout the year to recognise and reward personal / team achievements.
We're looking for...
- Circa 2 years development experience in Salesforce
- Sales cloud experience as a minimum
- Proven hands on experience with coding languages including Apex, LWC
- Salesforce certifications are desired, preferably PD1
- Clear ability to engage with business stakeholders and gather requirements
- Consultancy background is desired but not essential
- Full right to work in the UK
