Office Location: Office

  • Conduct Pre Delivery Inspections and report any defects or issues for goods in to Quality Departments.
  • Process Warranty claims from our dealers for approval by line manager.
  • Create reports for any warranty claims and send to Tech Support/Warranty Department.
  • Manage genset stock including collection/delivery planning and general warehouse efficiency.
  • Pre-delivery inspections of sold products and ensure paperwork is completed and assigned.
  • Management of parts inventory including restocking and maintenance of area.
  • Visit customer sites for warranty claims (Inspection and on-site repair for Teksan issues).
  • Assist the engine manufacturers' field service departments on site, if required.

Qualifications:

  • Technical degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering (or HND/HNC or equivalent).
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in diesel and gas generator maintenance.
  • Hands-on experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities.
  • Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • At least 1 year of experience using SAP systems.
  • At least 1 year of experience with CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently and in field conditions.
