Office Location: Sales
- Making regular sales visits to customers or dealers in assigned region/area/accounts/segment.
- Handling enquiries from customers or dealers belonging to his/her region/area/accounts/segment.
- Supervising the commercial conditions of any sale made to region/area/accounts/segment.
- Ensuring account financials including credit limits and payment terms are adhered to and shortfalls accounted.
- Carrying out regular forecast updates to Sales Manager and partaking in yearly forecasting process.
- Creating or maintaining account or business plans to drive actionable items.
- Managing and updating assigned customers/dealers information in CRM.
- Maintaining and regularly monitoring activity in CRM including adding any new Teksan accounts/customers/dealers.
- Ensuring orders are placed within the SAP/C4C systems to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitoring SAP and weekly build and shipment information to maximise on-time delivery.
- Inputting competitor intelligence into CRM System.
- Ensuring all technical details are gained and submitted alongside enquiries to Project Dept.
- Supporting customer warranty claims and working with Service/Quality teams to resolve.
- Hosting Customer Technical Workshops with relevant stakeholders to support product development and discovery.
- Conducting research on competitor companies active in the region/area/accounts/segment for which he/she is responsible.
- Conducting market research in the region/area/accounts/segment for which he/she is responsible and creating reports.
- Supporting product marketing activities and campaigns.
- Supporting updates via CRM or via communications to customers of product releases, campaigns, and Teksan events.
Qualifications:
- Graduated from relevant departments of Universities (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration).
- ~5+ years of experience in account management.
- ~2+ years of experience in B2B sales or marketing.
- ~Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- ~1+ year of experience using SAP systems.
- ~1+ year of experience with CRM tools.
- ~Proven experience in developing management reports and presentations.
- A customer-first approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
