Responsibilities:
- Conduct Pre Delivery Inspections and report any defects or issues for goods in to Quality Departments.
- Process Warranty claims from our dealers for approval by line manager.
- Create reports for any warranty claims and send to Tech Support/Warranty Department.
- Manage genset stock including collection/delivery planning and general warehouse efficiency.
- Perform pre-delivery inspections of sold products and ensure paperwork is completed and assigned.
- Manage parts inventory including restocking and maintenance of area.
- Visit customer sites for warranty claims (Inspection and on-site repair for Teksan issues).
- Assist the engine manufacturers' field service departments on site, if required.
Requirements:
- Technical degree or diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechanical Engineering (or HND/HNC or equivalent).
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in diesel and gas generator maintenance.
- Hands-on experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities.
- Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- At least 1 year of experience using SAP systems.
- At least 1 year of experience with CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and in field conditions.
