As we continue to grow by opening our new office at Spinningfields in Manchester, we’re looking for a Technical Solutions & Client Engagement Specialist to join our team and play a key role in onboarding new clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring they receive the best possible service.
Role Overview
As a Technical Solutions & Client Engagement Specialist, you’ll be the bridge between our technical team and our clients, ensuring seamless onboarding and effective communication. You will meet with new and existing clients to scope their requirements, provide tailored solutions, and ensure a smooth transition into Teknobu’s services. This role is perfect for someone who is client-focused, energetic, technically minded, and skilled at asking the right questions to uncover business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement & Onboarding: Meet with new clients to understand their business, technical needs, and pain points, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
- Solution Scoping: Work closely with clients to define project scope, gather requirements, and create tailored technical solutions.
- Technical Consultation: Provide expert advice on Teknobu’s IT solutions, ensuring clients understand their options and receive the best recommendations.
- Communication & Relationship Management: Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by providing excellent service and proactive engagement.
- Collaboration with Technical Teams: Work closely with internal teams to translate client needs into actionable solutions, ensuring successful delivery.
