The Role:
You'll oversee engineering support and maintenance, ensuring delivery against KPIs and budgets. You'll lead a skilled team, manage contractors, liaise with suppliers, and drive continuous improvement across the site.
What You'll Need:
- Electrically biased background in high-speed manufacturing
- Proven leadership and budget management experience
- Strong record of continuous improvement initiatives
- Experience using Pirana maintenance software
- Relevant qualifications (mechanical/electrical/control systems)
