This is a varied and exciting role where no two days are the same — from mixing live sound at high-profile sports & racing events to installing and maintaining complex PA systems across the UK. You\’ll be hands-on with everything from rack building and cable pulling to speaker installation and on-site repairs. You\’ll also have the opportunity to grow into system design, commissioning, and project management as your experience develops. What You\’ll Need * Experience in pro audio or AV installation and wiring * Live sound mixing experience (sports venue experience a bonus) * Familiarity with 100V line systems, QSys, Soundweb, Yamaha mixers * Strong communication and customer-facing skills * Full UK driving licence * A proactive, adaptable attitude and willingness to learn This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business that invests in its people.
