Mechanical Maintenance Engineer / Technician (Late Shift) Immediate Start | £21-24 Per hour + Overtime Are you an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer looking for a late shift role with a successful, family-run business? Do you enjoy fault-finding, maintaining machinery, and keeping operations running at peak performance? If so, we'd love to hear from you. Due to continued growth, they are looking to strengthen their Engineering Team with the addition of a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer. Benefits: £21-24 Per hour + Regular Overtime Company Pension Training & Career Development Excellent Team Culture Key Responsibilities: * Fault diagnosis, repairs, and maintenance of plant and production equipment. * Service and inspection of conveyors, material handling systems, motors, and high-speed processing machinery. * Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules. * Complete safety inspections and ensure equipment meets OEM standards. * Adhere to Health & Safety and QHSE procedures. * Help maintain a safe, efficient, and reliable production environment. What We're Looking For: * Level 2 Mechanical Engineering qualification (or equivalent). * Experience with conveyors, motors, belts, hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, generators, and diesel engines. * Welding and fabrication skills. * Strong problem-solving and fault-finding ability. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Shift Pattern, Mon-Fr, 3pm-Midnight and Saturdays when business requires.
