As an Electrical Shift Maintenance Engineer based near Upton, Berkshire, you will report to the Engineering Manager and take responsibility for:

  • PPMs
  • Reactive maintenance
  • Electrical fault finding on PLCs, motors, and control panels
  • Responding to breakdowns
  • Supporting new machinery installations
  • Contributing to project design and implementation
  • Playing a key role in continuous improvement initiatives

The role operates on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern rotating between days and nights. You will need proven electrical and mechanical maintenance experience within FMCG or a similar environment, strong PLC fault‐finding skills, and your own toolbox.
