Drive growth in the global offshore energy sector. Shape the future of subsea technology. Tekmar Energy is seeking an ambitious and commercially focused Sales Manager to join our growing team. As a recognised leader in the design and manufacture of subsea cable protection systems for the offshore wind and oil & gas industries, we're looking for someone who can build lasting customer relationships, identify new opportunities, and deliver against challenging sales targets.

Reporting to the Group Sales Director, you'll play a pivotal role in developing our global customer base, leading complex tender responses, managing key accounts, and driving order intake across our innovative product and service portfolio.

  • Developing and converting new business opportunities within the offshore wind and oil & gas sectors.
  • Managing customer relationships throughout the pre-contract sales process.
  • Leading responses to ITTs and RFQs in collaboration with commercial and technical teams.
  • Creating and executing winning sales strategies and key account plans.
  • Negotiating commercial agreements while maximising profitability and minimising risk.
  • Maintaining a strong opportunity pipeline through CRM management.
  • Working collaboratively across the business to ensure seamless project handovers.

At least 7 years' experience in a similar sales role within the offshore wind or oil & gas industry. A proven track record of winning business and delivering commercial success. Strong strategic sales, negotiation and stakeholder management skills. A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for the offshore energy industry. A willingness to travel internationally as business requires.
