The primary location for this position is Marylebone High Street, though occasional support at our Selfridges counter, a short walk from the store, may also be required.

You should enjoy taking on responsibility and feel a genuine interest in understanding what each customer needs.

A real appreciation for our brand, paired with an eagerness to learn and to share what you know, will be at the heart of your success here.

This is a full-time position, and because of the rhythm of the store, availability during evenings and weekends is essential.

  • Work both independently and with the team to ensure the day runs smoothly and to meet our shared goals.
  • Take on other ad hoc duties as and when needed.
  • We would love to hear from you if you have
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, with premium or luxury retail experience preferred.
  • Experience in clienteling, from personalised follow-ups to building a loyal client base, is an advantage.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented approach, with a genuine interest in helping others.
