Duties:

  • The Sales Supervisors will be supporting the delivery of their strategic priorities and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the support of the Business/Team.
  • Has the responsibility of overseeing the daily sales operations of the business.
  • Manage all procurement transactions including the administration of orders, deliveries, logistics and complaints.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with the sales team.
  • Be a key contact point for internal and external customers, building strong and efficient business relationships across all markets.
  • Find ways to improve the sales.
  • This role will involve working with colleagues and teams in different areas of our business.
  • Providing support and direction to staff and deciding on the improvement strategies that may be employed in the promotion of the business.
  • Organizing and controlling the flow of goods and supervising the duties of the staff.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Should be educated to degree level or hold an equivalent vocational qualification in sales support and marketing or another relevant field, or if not a degree holder then be able to demonstrate relevant equivalent experience.
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate within and influence others effectively at all levels within the team and with outside organisations.
  • Ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the business.
  • Demonstrable experience of effective leadership coupled with the ability to be innovative and plan and implement change within an organisation.
