Duties:

  • Support the delivery of strategic priorities and ensure the smooth and efficient running of the support of the Business/Team.
  • Oversee the daily sales operations of the business.
  • Manage all procurement transactions including the administration of orders, deliveries, logistics and complaints.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with the sales team.
  • Be a key contact point for internal and external customers, building strong and efficient business relationships across all markets.
  • Find ways to improve sales.
  • Work with colleagues and teams in different areas of the business.
  • Provide support and direction to staff and decide on improvement strategies for the promotion of the business.
  • Organise and control the flow of goods and supervise the duties of the staff.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educated to degree level or hold an equivalent vocational qualification in sales support and marketing or another relevant field, or demonstrate relevant equivalent experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and influence others effectively at all levels within the team and with outside organisations.
  • Proactive communicator with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the business.
  • Demonstrable experience of effective leadership coupled with the ability to be innovative and plan and implement change within an organisation.

Timing & Location:

Shift patterns run from 09:00 am to 06:00 pm. Business timings are Monday to Saturday 09:00 am to 06:00 pm & Sunday 10:00 am to 04:00 pm.
