What Will Be Your Responsibilities
Receiving OperationsInspect and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders or packing lists to ensure accuracy;Unload, sort, and store materials or products in designated areas within the warehouse;Report any discrepancies, damages, or quality issues with received goods;Maintain accurate records of received shipments in the inventory management system.Shipping OperationsPrepare and package goods for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation;Coordinate with carriers or couriers to schedule pickups;Inspect outgoing shipments to ensure they meet quality and order specifications;Generate shipping documents such as packing lists, transport documents and dangerous goods declarations.Inventory ManagementPerform inventory counts and cycle checks to ensure accuracy in stock levels;Update the inventory system with real-time data on received and shipped items.Equipment and SafetyOperate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment as required;Ensure adherence to safety protocols and proper handling of goods;Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with health and safety standards.
Profile And Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent;Minimum 3 years of experience in a logistics, warehouse, or shipping/receiving role;Strong knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures and documentation;Ability to operate forklifts or other material-handling equipment;Dangerous Goods Certification for ADR/IATA will be considered a plus;Strong organizational and time-management skills;Attention to detail and accuracy in handling goods and records;Language Requirements: Advanced proficiency in English, with proven fluency at the C2 level;Team player and strong communication skills;Proficiency in inventory and warehouse management systems is a plus.
