MissionWe are seeking a skilled Structural Analysis Engineer with expertise in composite materials and Aeronautical structures to join our team. You will play a key role in the finite element analysis of lightweight, high‑performance airframes for Unmanned Aerial Systems.
Responsibilities- Perform advanced structural analysis (static, fatigue and load analysis) of composite structures using finite element methods.
- Validate and optimize structural designs to support high‑precision systems.
- Support structural sizing and optimization of airframe components for weight, stiffness and manufacturability.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional engineers to integrate analysis results into practical engineering solutions.
- Contribute to conceptual design and feasibility studies, ensuring structural integrity from initial concept through to final validation.
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Aerospace, Mechanical or Structural Engineering.
- Extensive experience in structural analysis and computational modelling of composite Aerospace or Motorsport structures.
- Proficiency with FEA Tools (Abaqus, Nastran, ANSYS, HyperMesh, etc.).
- Strong understanding of composite material behaviour, laminate theory and damage mechanisms.
- Experience with Aerospace, Defence or Motorsport related projects.
- Knowledge of Structural Design for UAVs or light aircraft (preferable).
- Familiarity with CAD integration between analysis and design environments (e.g. CATIA, SolidWorks, Siemens NX).
- Ability to solve complex engineering problems.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
