Mission
Build commercial foundations by supporting strategic projects and converting innovative ideas into real business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Lead sourcing activities: Market analysis, supplier selection, pre‑qualification and tendering process (e.g. RFQ’s and ITT’s)
- Pricing: Supporting pricing models and cost build‑ups.
Profile and Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; MCIPS or equivalent is preferable but not essential;
- Minimum of 2 years experience working within Defence, Aerospace, Public Sector or relative regulated industry;
- Familiar with Procurement Act 2023, an awareness of Single Source Contract Regulations (SSCR), and knowledge of DEFCONs and DEFSTANs;
- Understanding of contract types including Firm Price, Cost Plus/Cost Reimbursable, Framework Agreements;
- Desirable experience working with infrastructure contracts including but not limited to NEC;
- Experience handling change control and commercial risks;
- Holds SC security clearance or must be willing to obtain it;
- Collaboration skills to support working with internal departments (e.g. production, engineering, operations, commercial, finance, legal);
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills;
- Attention to detail and accuracy;
- Team player and strong communication skills.
