Mission

Reporting to the French Management team, and working closely with the Group IT & Cyber Security teams, you will hold a dual responsibility:

• IT Security Management
• Administration and support of local IT infrastructure

What will be your responsibilities:

IT Security & Compliance

• Define, implement, and enforce IT security policies (ANSSI, ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards.
• Guarantee compliance with constraints related to classified defense projects (classification, clearance).
• Monitor and manage security incidents, vulnerabilities, and patches.
• Coordinate with relevant authorities and partners (ANSSI, DGA, etc.).

Local IT Infrastructure Administration

• Manage all IT infrastructures of the French sites (networks, servers, storage, backups).
• Operate in a multi-OS environment (Windows, Unix/Linux, Mac).
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, devices, and applications.
• Monitor system updates and backups.
• Maintain and update the IT audit list of equipment.
• Handle procurement, configuration, and deployment of laptops, desktops, and phones.

User Support & Operations

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Create and manage user accounts, permissions, and system access.
• Document IT procedures and record support activities.
• Support onboarding of new employees (IT systems and security).
• Raise awareness and train staff on cybersecurity best practices.

Projects & Coordination

• Contribute to IT system upgrades and evolutions in coordination with Group IT & Cyber teams.
• Support R&D and industrial projects to integrate security and resilience (security by design).
• Conduct continuous technology and regulatory watch.

Profile and requirements:

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in IT, Cybersecurity, or Systems/Network Administration.
• At least 5 years of experience in IT security and infrastructure administration.
• Strong expertise with Windows, Unix/Linux, and Mac environments.
• Solid knowledge of networks, virtualization, and cloud security.
• Experience with compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, ANSSI, NIST, OWASP, CE+).
• Ability to operate in sensitive environments (defense, aerospace, space).
• High sense of confidentiality, autonomy, rigor, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Professional level of English required.
• Defense clearance (or ability to obtain it) will be a strong asset.
