While the assemblies are straightforward, they require high consistency, excellent manual dexterity, and a candidate who is comfortable using IT systems to log work, track inventory, and follow digital build instructions.
Key Responsibilities

- Digital Documentation: Access and interpret digital work instructions, blueprints, and BOMs via tablet or workstation.
- Inventory Management: Update stock levels digitally as components are consumed to ensure production remains on schedule.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven Hands-on Experience: Previous experience in harness manufacturing or a closely related electrical assembly field is required.
- Mechanical Aptitude: High proficiency with hand tools (crimpers, wire strippers, heat guns, and testers).
- Detail Oriented: A "measure twice, cut once" mindset. You notice when a wire gauge looks off or a label is missing.
