Senior Solutions Architect (Business Central/NAV)

TEKenable require an experienced Solution Architect/Technical Consultant (Business Central/NAV) for its expanding Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP delivery function. The permanent position is open to applicants already located in either the UK or Ireland. The suitable candidate will work remotely as a Solution Architect understanding customer business requirements, converting these into Business Central solution options and clearly explaining to the customer how their requirement is mapped to a standard or customised solution. The role of Senior Solution Architect holds a pivotal position in ensuring the successful delivery of solutions to our customers. This role encompasses a range of responsibilities, such as evaluating customer needs, facilitating client workshops, documenting customer requirements, and executing the implementation of Business Central/NAV at client locations. Additionally, it involves providing continuous customer training and support. Applicants should possess prior experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Business Central consultancy, including familiarity with the latest versions. They should demonstrate strong analytical abilities, enabling them to comprehend requirements and convert them into practical solutions. Proficiency in various IT tools, including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook is imperative. Additionally, experience with Business Intelligence tools like Power BI and Jet Reports would be advantageous. Key requirements: A NAV/Business Central Certified Professional with demonstrable commercial experience in a lead consultancy role. Demonstrable experience in leading Microsoft Business Central implementations. Proven record with Professional Services industries/implementations. Background in Business Central/NAV development (desirable). Proficiency in creating comprehensive documentation. The ability to thrive under pressure, whether as part of a team or when working independently. Confidence, with a preference for previous experience in software demonstrations. A history of successfully meeting deadlines. Highly competent in crafting various business communications, such as specifications, emails, quotations, proposals, and reports. Effective workload and time management skills to adhere to set deadlines. Resourcefulness, energy, and enthusiasm, with a willingness to go the extra mile. An understanding of business dynamics, deadlines, and client requirements. Strong client-facing skills, showcasing excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Education: Relevant third level qualification in Business or IT advantageous but not essential; Relevant functional and technical accreditations highly desirable.
