We are hiring an experienced Microsoft Business Central Functional Consultant. Ideal candidate has experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions to customers.
Responsibilities
- Implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and its add-on products configuration, support, training, and documentation.
- Collaborate with the business central, Power Platform, and SharePoint teams.
- Define and document user requirements and solution specifications with technical staff.
- Maintain high standards of customer engagement and service quality.
- Complete work-related training and pursue relevant Microsoft Certifications.
- Lead change management and create solution design documents.
- Communicate solutions clearly to customers, mapping requirements to standard or customised solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation experience.
- Experience in change management and coordinating with technical resources to create solution design documents.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to support users at all levels.
- Excellent English, written and oral communication.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Desire to learn new platforms and technologies.
- Relevant third-level qualification in Business or IT (advantageous but not essential).
- Relevant functional and technical accreditations highly desirable.

Hiring Process
