Our client, a specialist manufacturer supplying high-precision components into the aerospace, defence, and energy sectors, is looking to strengthen its maintenance team with the appointment of a hands-on Maintenance Team Leader. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing business where you ll play a key role in maximising machine uptime, developing preventative maintenance strategies, and leading the next generation of engineers. In this role, you ll take ownership of all maintenance activities across the facility, ensuring machinery is maintained to the highest standards while driving continuous improvement through preventative maintenance and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
