About the Role

Reporting to a Senior Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for the review, negotiation, and management of a wide range of customer and commercial agreements across multiple European jurisdictions. Acting as a trusted advisor to Sales, Commercial, Legal, Risk, and Finance teams, you will help ensure contractual compliance while balancing commercial objectives and risk exposure. Knowledge:

  • Law Degree level education and/or qualified by experience
  • Contract negotiation experience
  • Commercial skills gained through supporting businesses in Consultancy services and/or recruitment sector
  • Up to 3 years of contract review drafting/contract management experience

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, negotiate, and manage customer contracts across multiple European jurisdictions, including the UK, Ireland, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland, Sweden, and Spain.
  • Conduct contract risk assessments and advise internal stakeholders on contractual risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Draft and execute Statements of Work and Work Orders in line with company policies and compliance requirements.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Commercial and Sales teams, providing guidance on customer terms and conditions.
  • Make informed decisions regarding contractual terms, escalating matters outside risk tolerance thresholds where appropriate.
  • Manage contractual SLAs and prioritize competing workload demands effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with Legal, Risk & Assurance, Export Control, ESG, Commercial, Billing, and Senior Leadership teams.
  • Support pre-litigation matters in partnership with Legal and Risk teams.
  • Contribute to reporting, contractual analysis, and ad hoc projects supporting divisional leadership.
