We’re currently engaged with a leading Partner that is looking for an experienced, UK Security cleared Salesforce Developer to join a high-performing team delivering cutting-edge solutions through digital transformations. They currently have a requirement focus on leading a small team of developers with deployment and help design the infrastructure strategy with a focus on automation and improvement across the wider tech stack.

What You’ll Do:

  • Design and implement robust infrastructure solutions that support the growing business needs using CI/CD tools (Copado, Gearset)
  • Drive automation initiatives across CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
  • Collaborate closely with wider business teams to ensure smooth, reliable releases
  • Optimise cloud infrastructure to ensure performance and scalability
  • Evaluate and adopt new tools and technologies to improve development and deployment

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience in DevOps / SF Development
  • Deep expertise in Salesforce cloud platforms
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts
  • Track record of improving system reliability, performance, and operational efficiency
  • Ability to work independently in a contractor capacity, delivering results on time
  • Autonomous and self-starter that is comfortable working remotely

This role cannot offer sponsorship and so you must be eligible to work in the UK.
