What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing accurate and competitive estimates for plumbing projects
- Reviewing technical drawings, specifications, and site conditions
- Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain pricing
- Collaborating with project managers to ensure smooth handover
- Attending site visits and client meetings as needed
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and pricing trends
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in plumbing estimation or a similar role
- Strong understanding of plumbing systems, materials, and labour costs
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills
- Proficiency in estimation software and Microsoft Office
