Permanent position with a salary of £31,022 - £33,699 per annum, pro-rata (subject to 26/27 pay review) for 37 hours per week.

We are looking for a new Web & Content Officer to support the ongoing development of our website and provide advice and guidance to other content designers. You’ll be the voice of the user – ensuring our website is easy to use, accessible, and designed around real customer needs. You will have experience in web design and working with content management systems.

To be successful in this role, you will:

  • Possess excellent literacy and numeracy skills, equivalent to achieving GCSE English Grade C (4) or above, or demonstrating a strong command of written and spoken English.
  • Be experienced in working with content management systems and web content processes.
  • Have knowledge of web design principles including accessibility, UX and SEO.
  • Be confident using analytics tools (such as Google Analytics or Siteimprove) to inform improvements.
  • Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and maintain a level-headed and positive approach to your work.
  • Exhibit strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate clearly and accurately regarding technical and creative concepts with clients, internal team members, and partner agencies.
  • Have previous experience of actively cooperating with developers, project managers, and content specialists to achieve unified and successful project outcomes as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
