Join our supportive and friendly team at Teignbridge Leisure as a Tutor and/or Assessor. Are you passionate about inspiring others and delivering engaging learning experiences? If so, this could be a great opportunity for you, as we’re looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Tutor to join our team.

In this Tutor role, you’ll plan, deliver, and evaluate a variety of courses, ensuring each session meets the diverse needs of our learners and supports their development. In addition, we’re looking for a professional and detail‑oriented Assessor to join our team. As an Assessor, you’ll be responsible for making informed, fair, and accurate judgments on learners’ evidence to ensure they meet the required assessment criteria. You will play a key role in supporting learners on their journey, providing constructive feedback and helping them achieve their qualifications.

You are a good fit for the Tutor role if you have:

  • A minimum of a Level 3 Award in Education and Training (or equivalent).
  • Previous experience delivering courses or training sessions.
  • A commitment to inclusive, high‑quality teaching and continuous improvement.

You are a good fit for the Assessor role if you have:

  • A Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Candidates using a Range of Methods (or equivalent).
  • Previous experience in assessing within a training or educational setting.
  • A commitment to quality, integrity and supporting learner development.
