As our Outdoor Pool Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in bringing the Lido to life each day. You’ll start your shift by opening up the site, making sure the pool and facilities are safe, welcoming, and ready for our visitors to enjoy.
In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll be the friendly face customers turn to with queries, the calm and confident presence supervising the pool, and the supportive leader guiding your team. You’ll help ensure the Lido runs smoothly day‑to‑day by following specified procedures and systems on a shift basis.

To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have an up‑to‑date Pool Lifeguard and First Aid qualification (or be able to complete prior to start date).
- Lead effectively and be a strong communicator, both verbally and in writing.
- Remain patient, level‑headed and calm under pressure.
- Understand and ensure adherence to safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Have previous customer service experience, preferably in a Leisure environment.
- Be proactive and able to identify day‑to‑day problems and resolve them as appropriate in a timely and efficient manner.
- Be able to manage competing workloads and work well under pressure.
