37 hours per week Permanent Dawlish Leisure Centre & Newton Abbot Leisure Centre £31,022 - £33,699 per annum. We are looking for passionate and people‑focused Duty Managers to join Dawlish Leisure Centre and Newton Abbot within Teignbridge Leisure. You will be responsible for the day‑to‑day management of the leisure centre’s facilities and staff, in accordance with policies, procedures and systems.
The role involves supervision of staff including payroll administration, producing procedure manuals, and ensuring the swimming pool and water treatment plant are monitored and operated in accordance with Pool Planned Maintenance procedures. You will have Pool Lifeguard and First Aid at Work qualifications, and previous supervisory or managerial experience.
