We’re looking for a part time Customer Support Centre Advisor who is passionate about delivering outstanding service and resolving customer enquiries at the first point of contact. You’ll be part of a friendly, multi-disciplined team where customer focus drives our performance and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide exceptional front-line customer service across all service areas and access channels.
  • Resolve routine enquiries efficiently and empathetically.
  • Take ownership of customer interactions, especially in emotive situations, empowering and influencing customers toward positive outcomes.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience in inbound/outbound contact centre environments or similar customer-facing roles.
  • Confidence in handling challenging conversations with professionalism and care.
  • GCSEs in English and Maths at Grade C / Grade 4 or above, or equivalent competency gained through work experience and learning.

We’d love to hear from you if you:

  • Have a good level of literacy and numeracy – equivalent to GCSE Maths and English at Grade C (4) or above.
  • Bring relevant experience or transferable skills, with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
  • Pay close attention to detail and remain calm and composed under pressure, especially in challenging situations.
  • Excel in customer service, with clear and accurate communication skills when engaging with colleagues, the public, and partner agencies.
  • Enjoy working collaboratively and contributing to team goals and shared success.
