Are you a dynamic and creative class instructor passionate about helping our members achieve their wellbeing and lifestyle goals? We are looking for experienced class instructors to join our growing team. At Teignbridge Leisure, we offer a range of classes, including Water-based, Conditioning, Aerobic, Indoor Cycling, Mind-Body and Les Mills. We are open to new class suggestions too, so let us know in your application form what you would love to bring to our class programme and which site you are looking to work at. Classes run at varying times – morning, daytime and evening. Back-to-back classes can be offered. Please let us know within your supporting statement which days and times you would be willing to teach and at which site.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver a high-quality class.
  • Adapt exercises to accommodate participants' varying abilities.
  • Encourage and support all members, creating a fun and safe environment to exercise.
