We are seeking an experienced and motivated Area Team Manager to lead teams within our Development Management service. You will manage a team of planners and specialists, focusing on performance, leadership and service improvement rather than carrying your own caseload. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, extensive Development Management experience, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality planning services.

To be successful in this role, you will:
- Have a degree/diploma in Town and Country Planning and RTPI membership.
- Have extensive Development Management experience, including rural and major urban projects.
- Have strong leadership and people‑management skills.
- Be able to motivate teams and drive performance.
