Responsibilities

  • Lead our Business Change Strategy aligned to corporate priorities.
  • Advise our Executive Team and Board on digital, data, and efficiency opportunities.
  • Champion a culture of innovation, insight, and continuous improvement.
  • Set direction for secure, resilient, future-focused technology services.
  • Shape our digital strategy, including automation, integration, cloud, and AI.
  • Ensure strong governance, performance, and value from ICT services.
  • Lead our Business Intelligence, data governance, and analytics functions.
  • Build a data-driven culture and improve data literacy across teams.
  • Turn insight into action to improve performance and outcomes.
  • Oversee our change portfolio and programme governance.
  • Ensure projects are prioritised, aligned, and deliver measurable results.
  • Maintain oversight of risks, dependencies, and benefits realisation.
  • Lead end-to-end process redesign and service improvement.
  • Develop and manage an organisation-wide efficiency pipeline.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams across ICT, BI, and change functions.
  • Build strong partnerships across the organisation and with external stakeholders.
