About the role

As the Facilities & Administration Officer, you will support our organisation and our staff by providing an effective accommodation and facilities function to ensure all activities undertaken are carried out to the highest standards of integrity and professionalism. You will be working with the leadership team, within a budget to arrange maintenance and improvement work in all office premises to create inviting and inspiring places to work. You will also support administrative duties across diverse and interesting functions.

About you

You will be a skilled administrator who can perform various administrative functions in a busy office environment with the ability to effectively problem solve and work on your own initiative. You must be computer literate and conversant with Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint and Teams), or have a willingness to learn. Experience of working in social housing or a similar regulatory environment is desirable but not essential.
