About the Role: AlphaSense is seeking a Head of Strategic Initiatives to lead and scale high-impact, cross-functional growth strategies, with a core focus on driving AlphaSense’s international expansion efforts. This is a senior-level role with enterprise-wide visibility and influence, directly responsible for shaping and executing the company’s global footprint and ensuring sustained success in new and emerging markets.
As a key leader within the Strategic Initiatives team, you will also support a range of strategic priorities—such as go-to-market innovation, new product commercialization, segment and persona optimization, and M&A integration—ensuring these initiatives deliver maximum value across our global markets. You’ll work closely with executive leaders across Revenue, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations to unlock growth and strengthen AlphaSense’s global market leadership. This role is ideal for a bold, thoughtful, and highly strategic operator who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and brings a global mindset to problem solving and execution.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead AlphaSense’s International Expansion Strategy: Own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of AlphaSense’s entry and growth in Europe and APAC. This includes identifying priority markets, establishing scalable go-to-market and operational models, and aligning executive stakeholders to expansion goals.
- Ensure Unified Global Execution: Responsible for ensuring AlphaSense operates as one business in our global markets, creating coherence across segments, functions, and geographies to deliver a seamless, aligned experience to customers and employees alike.
- Define and Elevate Platform-Market Fit: Identify what it takes for AlphaSense to win in each market—from critical product functionality to region-specific content—and work cross-functionally to ensure we’re delivering a differentiated, high-impact solution that aligns with local customer needs.
- Act as a Strategic Advisor to Senior Leadership: Bring strategic rigor and market insight to the most critical decisions facing the company, with a particular focus on international growth.
