About the Role: Reporting to the Operations Manager, Directed Content, our Directed Content Analysts are responsible for sourcing the highest‑quality and most‑relevant experts based on the scope of research projects defined by Project Managers. Analysts develop a deep understanding of the types of profiles that are most relevant targets and topics within their assigned industry territories, and leverage a combination of research skills and an inquisitive mindset to find individuals who meet those profiles. Analysts are also energetic and charismatic communicators, meeting directly with prospective experts to evaluate their suitability for assigned projects, and onboarding the best candidates to our network. For this role, we are looking for proficient German speakers (C1/C2 levels).

What You’ll Do:

  • Conduct research to identify the best‑fit experts for projects assigned by the Project Manager.
  • Work with the Project Manager to confirm and refine the scope of projects as you conduct research and sourcing.
  • Conduct email and LinkedIn outreach to prospective experts.
  • Coordinate and conduct calls with prospective experts to validate their background and fit for assigned projects.
  • Document experts’ relevant experience in a clear and concise manner—facilitating quick and accurate evaluation of expert profiles by Client Contributors.
  • Answer expert questions and handle any objections to maximize the onboarding rate of high‑quality, relevant experts to the network.
  • Negotiate expert rates to minimize costs while aligning payment to the value of the experts’ insight and background vis‑à‑vis the research target.
  • Support the scheduling of calls between experts and Client Contributors for your projects.
  • Monitor calls and troubleshoot any connectivity issues.

Who You Are:

  • 2+ years of experience in research, recruiting, talent sourcing, market intelligence, or a related role requiring proactive outreach and candidate/expert evaluation.
  • Inquisitive: you are naturally interested in learning and quickly see patterns that help you identify the best possible experts for a given research project.
  • Energetic: you have a proven ability to manage fast‑turnaround projects, meet deadlines and targets.
  • Organized: you have demonstrated an ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Detail oriented: you have strong attention to detail, with the ability to discern and precisely document the core elements of an expert’s relevant skills or experience vis‑à‑vis a defined scope.
  • Excellent communicator: you’ll regularly engage with industry experts to learn about their background and convey what it means to participate in our network.
  • Goal oriented: you are motivated by the idea of identifying and delivering the best‑possible expert profiles to our Client Contributors for each project scope quickly and efficiently.
