In this pivotal role, you will
- act as lead developer on new projects and Business-as-Usual (BAU) enhancements
- take full ownership of Business Central development tasks
- drive upgrades from On-Prem to SaaS environments
- support and mentor junior developers
- play a key role in improving our development processes and workflows

Technical skills
- 7+ years of experience in AL development for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Experience working with a Microsoft Partner
- Strong expertise in Business Central upgrades (On-Prem to SaaS)
- Proficient in using Azure DevOps for version control and structured release processes
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of Business Central architecture and best practices
- Ability to handle multiple development streams and priorities
Soft skills
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Collaborative mindset and experience mentoring junior developers
- Structured, methodical, and professional approach to work
- Adaptable and patient – comfortable in a continuously improving environment
- Fluent communication skills
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Git workflows, pull requests and branch management in Azure DevOps
